projektbefristeter Vertrag bis zum 31.12.2025

Mitwirkung bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Social-Media-Content: Als Content Creator unterstützt du unser Social-Media-Team bei der Konzeption und Erstellung hochwertiger Beiträge für Plattformen wie Instagram und TikTok für eine junge Zielgruppe mit Fokus auf Mental-Health Themen. Deine kreativen Ideen sind gerne gesehen.

Zuarbeit für Video-Skripte: Du trägst zur Entwicklung ansprechender und zielgruppenspezifischer Skripte für Tiktok-Content, Instagram-Content (u.a. short Videos, schriftliche Posts für Reels u. Stories) bei.
Community Management: Du beteiligst dich aktiv an der Pflege unserer Community und unterstützt dabei, den Dialog mit unserer Zielgruppe zu stärken.
Postproduktion und Content-Planung: Du koordinierst gemeinsam mit dem Team Prozesse der Postproduktion und unterstützt bei der Terminplanung und Veröffentlichung von Beiträgen.
On-Camera-Präsenz: Nach Absprache übernimmst du selbst Aufgaben vor der Kamera und bringst deine Persönlichkeit in unsere Inhalte ein.

Dein Profil

Social-Media-Affinität: Du bist begeistert von sozialen Medien, verfolgst aktuelle Trends, bist nah an der Gen Z dran und weißt, wie Content zielgruppengerecht gestaltet wird.
Du triffst den Nerv der Zeit und weißt was die Leute sehen wollen und was gerade “In” ist
Du bringst erste berufliche Erfahrung mit Content Creation (TikTok, Instagram) mit und bist auch privat viel auf Social Media unterwegs und verstehst, wie die Plattformen funktionieren und wie du eine junge Zielgruppe erreichen kannst.
Du hast Interesse an Mental-Health Themen
Eigenverantwortung und Sinnorientierung: Du arbeitest strukturiert und selbstständig und suchst eine Tätigkeit, die gesellschaftliche Wirkung entfaltet.
Du beherrschst Deutsch auf sehr hohem Niveau (C1 - C2) und sprichst verhandlungssicheres Englisch.

Your mission

20 h / week

Contributing to the development and implementation of social media content: You will support our social media team in conceptualizing and creating high-quality posts for platforms like Instagram and TikTok, focusing on psychosocial topics.
Script support for videos: You will contribute to the development of engaging, audience-specific scripts for our YouTube videos.
Community management: You will actively engage in nurturing our community and help strengthen the dialogue with our target audience.
On-camera presence: When agreed upon, you will take on tasks in front of the camera and bring your personality into our content.
Post-production and content planning: You will collaborate with the team to coordinate post-production processes and assist in scheduling and publishing posts.

Your profile

Social media affinity: You are passionate about social media, stay up to date with current trends, and know how to create content tailored to a young target audience.
Relevant academic background inPsychology, Social Work, communications, media management or a related field. Students are also welcome!
Self-reliance and purpose-driven mindset: You work in a structured and independent manner and are looking for a role that creates social impact.
You are fluent in German and English and can confidently communicate content in both languages.
Startup mentality: You thrive in a young, dynamic team and enjoy working in a flexible, innovation-driven startup environment.
Ability to travel to the Berlin office once per quarter to film and produce content with the team.

About us

krisenchat is a nationwide, free support service for children and young adults in need. We offer children and young people professional psychosocial counselling - every day, 24 hours a day, via WhatsApp or text message. krisenchat has been available 24/7 since the beginning of May 2020 - since then, the many crisis counselors have been able to help in over 120.000 crisis situations. Since 1 March 2022, krisenchat Ukrainian has also been providing confidential crisis counseling in Ukrainian and Russian for people affected by war at any age - with over 23.000 consultations provided. In addition to crisis counseling, krisenchat reaches many millions of young people every year through psychoeducation via social media platforms.
